A
cidade de Bogotá encontrou meios de reduzir drasticamente
o número de homicídios por cem mil habitantes sem
perder sua cultura e as liberdades conquistadas. A partir da assunção
pela sociedade da condução de ações
de ordenamento da cidade, da propriedade, do transporte, da implementação
da educação como eixo para solução
de conflitos, tudo voltado para a preservação da
vida, sem abandonar nenhuma geração, educando a
todos para a vida em sociedade. É uma palestra retratando
a experiência de um gestor público que foi lá
observar e aprender.

| Abstract |

The
city of Bogota found means of reducing the number of homicides
drastically for a hundred thousand inhabitants without losing
his culture and the conquered freedoms. Starting from the assumption
for the society of actions of ordenamento of the city, of the
property, of the transport, of the implementation of the education
as axis for solution of conflicts, everything gone back to the
preservation of the life, without abandoning any generation, student
to all for the life in society. It is a lecture portraying the
experience of a public manager that went to observe there and
to learn.
